Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 16, 2025

  1. Introduction and Governing Law

This document outlines the exclusive conditions under which BlackHaus University (“BHU”) offers a money-back guarantee for its core online educational courses. This policy constitutes the entire agreement regarding refunds and shall be governed by and interpreted exclusively under the laws of the State of Georgia. By completing a purchase, the Purchaser affirms that they have read, understand, and irrevocably agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, which form an essential part of the sales contract.

  1. Guarantee Term

BHU warrants that if a Purchaser is dissatisfied with a core online course, a full refund of the purchase price may be requested within one (1) calendar day of the original transaction date. This guarantee is strictly conditional upon the Purchaser meeting all eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3.

  1. Eligibility and Conditions Precedent to Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following two (2) Conditions Precedent must be strictly and cumulatively met, as defined by BHU’s internal metrics:

  • Timeframe: The refund request must be submitted via email within one (1) calendar day of the original purchase date.
  • Access/Completion Limit: The Purchaser must not have completed more than 10% of the core course material.

Strict Enforcement: Failure to meet any of the above conditions shall result in the immediate and final denial of the refund request.

  1. Technical Access Clause and Tolling of Term

BHU commits to ensuring functional access to the purchased course content. Technical issues alone are not grounds for a refund.

In the event that a critical technical issue prevents access, the one (1) calendar-day Guarantee Term shall be tolled (suspended) until BHU support confirms that the technical problem has been resolved.

Once resolved, the Guarantee Term resumes, providing the Purchaser with the remainder of the original 1-day period.

  1. Acknowledgment and Rescission of License

By accepting this Guarantee, the Purchaser expressly acknowledges and warrants that:

  • Sole Evidence of Completion: BHU’s internal, proprietary data logs shall constitute the sole, final, and non-disputable evidence for determining eligibility under Section 3.
  • IP Rescission: Upon processing and granting a refund, the original sales contract is deemed mutually rescinded. The Purchaser’s license to use any associated Intellectual Property (IP) is immediately and permanently terminated. The Purchaser covenants to immediately cease all use, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any proprietary BHU resources, and any unauthorized continued use constitutes a material breach and grounds for IP litigation.
  1. Refund Initiation and Processing

All refund requests must be submitted exclusively via email and must contain all necessary information to prove eligibility.

  • Submission Email: Send an email to refund@blackhausuniversity.com.
  • Subject Line: The subject line must be: REFUND REQUEST – [YOUR FULL NAME/ORDER NUMBER].
  • Required Information: The body of the email must include:
    • Purchaser’s Full Legal Name
    • Email Address associated with the purchase
    • BHU Order Number
    • Date of Original Purchase
    • A brief, non-technical explanation of the reason for the request.
  • Processing: If the request is approved based on compliance with all Conditions Precedent (Section 3), the refund will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) business days of approval.
  • Revocation: Access to the online course platform and all associated materials will be revoked immediately and permanently upon approval of the refund.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

This Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Supplementary coaching, mentoring, or one-on-one consultation services purchased separately or bundled with the course.
  • Registration fees, processing fees, or taxes specifically designated as non-refundable at the point of sale.
  1. Choice of Venue and Jurisdiction (Mandatory)

The Purchaser and BHU agree that any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Guarantee shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. The Purchaser irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.
